1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IOU National Bank website (iounational.com), online banking portal, mobile application, or any related digital services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident to open an account or use our Services independently. Individuals aged 17 may open student accounts with a parent or guardian co-signer.

3. Account Terms

Specific terms, conditions, fees, and disclosures for each banking product are provided in the applicable account agreement, disclosure statement, or loan documents at the time of account opening or application. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace those product-specific agreements.

4. Online and Mobile Banking

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials, except as required by federal regulations (Regulation E).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by federal law applicable to national banks and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
